When you switch to VoiceLift telephone service you may keep your existing telephone number at no additional charge. The number transfer process for residential lines takes from 4 to 30 business days and is subject to verification that the number can be transferred.

We will provision and ship your device immediately following your order. When you receive your device, you may begin using the VoiceLift service for outgoing calls. Your incoming calls will continue to come through your old phone provider until the number porting process is complete. When the port is complete, you will begin receiving all incoming calls through your new VoiceLift service
